Hi! I'm Morgan — mom to Dean (2022) and Sierra (2024) and we live in Moorpark where I also work in nonprofit events. I grew up in San Luis Obispo, CA and went to UCSB, moved around until we settled in the Conejo Valley. My love for movement goes way back through years of cheerleading and dance.

I've been part of the Fit4Mom community since 2022 and I can't imagine life without it! I am so excited to step into the teacher role and pour into this incredible group of moms. Can't wait to move and connect with you all!
