Berry Cobbler Overnight Oats (From Body Back Recipes)


1/2 C fresh or frozen berries

1/4 ripe banana mashed (about 2 tablespoons)

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 C rolled oats

1/4 hemp seeds (or add more oats)

1-1 1/2 C low-fat milk or unsweetened non-dairy milk (depending on how firm you like your oats)


Put all ingredients in the mason jar (or other container) in the order listed.

Close lid tightly and shake well. Store in the refrigerator until the next morning. Before eating, shake well again. Serve cold or warm. If serving warm, remove the lid before warming in the microwave or pour contents in a pot to warm on the stove.
