How do I place my membership on hold or cancel ?

Email to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 30 business days before the next payment is due. Memberships will be placed on hold for a maximum of 3 months. Holds must start on the 1st of the month and will expire the end of the month. Automatic billing will commence on the 1st of the following month. Cancelations require 30 days notice in writing. Once your request is received we will schedule your account to end 30 days from request date. Prorated billing will occur if request is made any time after the 1st of the month.
