COME TO YOUR FIRST FREE CLASS! Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby all at the same time.A complete fitness program where moms push baby in the stroller, while getting a workout. The classes are set up for all fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors. Each class includes a power walk with body toning intervals. The classes are 1 hour, including warm-up and the last 10 minutes used for abs and stretching.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

COME TO YOUR FIRST FREE CLASS! Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training to provide a full body workout perfect for all women in all stages of motherhood.

Join us for a fun filled craft and/or activity hosted by our wonderful Village Coordinators. They work hard to put together adorable keepsakes, fun games to keep the kids moving and story time to give you a little break. This is a free service to any and all moms in our community!

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with founder Lisa Druxman's Mama Wants Her Body Back meal plan and workout DVDs, moms have a surefire combination for success.

Body Back Boost is for alumni of our Body Back Transformation 8-week session. You now get to enjoy the intense workouts from Body Back without food tracking or weekly weigh-ins.

Body Back Transformation Sessions are 8-weeks of YOU time. We focus on improving your health and wellness using nutritional guidance, in-person HIIT workouts, accountability via our dedicated instructors and small class size.
