Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and more energized. This easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, push and pull everything mom-life throws at you!

We have added Zoom Live Virtual Body Boost Classes to our Schedule!! Get your workout in from the comfort of your home and have one of our instructors watching form with you the whole time. Classes take place at 6am Monday & Wednesday.

Virtual Body Well® Transformation is an 4-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Nutrition guidance, recipes and meal planners are provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments.

The program also includes online workouts, accountability, and a supportive community that is with you every step of the way. This four-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation. This program will meet Monday & Wednesday at 6:00am for Zoom Workouts.

The program also includes online workouts, accountability, and a supportive community that is with you every step of the way. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation. This program will meet Wednesday at 7:00pm and Sunday at 8:00am.

Run Club+

Run Club+ is for every level runner, whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or have never run a day in your life. Our Run Club+ program will help you safely build and improve your running skills with a certified FIT4MOM Thousand Oaks Run Club+ Coach. No running experience required!

This amazing group training program provides you with:

  • Running accountability & motivation
  • Weekly Zoom Call check in with your fellow Run Club moms and coach
  • Runner’s nutrition tips
  • Access to the private Facebook page to help keep you on track
  • Weekly challenges designed to help you become a better runner and prepare for race day
  • Run Club+ Workbook
  • Personalized goal setting with our certified Run Club+ coach

Join us for a fun filled craft and/or activity hosted by our wonderful Village Coordinators. They work hard to put together adorable keepsakes, fun games to keep the kids moving and story time to give you a little break. This is a free service to any and all moms in our community!

Taster Tuesday is a terrific way to get to know all about Fit4Mom Thousand Oaks and what we offer. This class will be a 60 minute class for you and your child/ren (in stroller) to experience Stroller Strides, Strides 360 and Body Well. Whether you are a veteran Fit4Mom'er or never attended a class with us- now is your time! This class only comes around once every 60 days to jump in and try it out!
