Body Back Membership

Body Back Membership provides High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts for mom only (no kids) at a variety of times to fit into your schedule. Classes are designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Classes are 60 minutes long and incorporate mindfulness to carry you though-out your day. You may attend any day and time that works for your schedule.

5:30am meets Tuesday and Thursday

9:30am meets Monday and Wednesday

7pm Thousand Oaks meets Monday & Thursday

7pm Moorpark (coming in February) meets Monday and Wednesday
