4-Week VIRTUAL Body Well Session
Virtual Body Well® Transformation is an 4-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Nutrition guidance, recipes and meal planners are provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments.
The program also includes online workouts, accountability, and a supportive community that is with you every step of the way. This four-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation. This program will meet Monday & Wednesday at 6:00am for Zoom Workouts.
